Patricia Drati

Patricia Drati is an award-winning producer, director, and film development consultant of Ugandan origin, working with both documentary and fiction. After completing BA in Film Studies, she worked for several years as a journalist and writer. Between 2009-2015, Patricia was Head of CPH:LAB at CPH:DOX. She curated, developed, and managed the cross-cultural training and production lab for international filmmaking talents, where she initiated more than 40 low budget films, awarded in Venice, IFF Rotterdam and Visions du Réel among others. In 2016 Patricia became a partner in Copenhagen-based production company Good Company Pictures, where she works as a creative producer, and where she is currently developing two feature documentaries as a director. In her own films, Patricia is interested in exploring the layers of female identity. In addition to her work as a filmmaker, Patricia has been a consultant for Torino Film Lab, Less Is More, IFF Rotterdam, First Cut Lab, BFI Doc Society Fund, Hot Docs Blue Ice Fund and Doha Film Institute. She served on juries at Vision du Réel, Karlovy Vary IFF, Docudays UA, Interfilm Berlin, CPH:DOX and IDA Documentary Awards.
Laure Desmazières

Laure Desmazières grew up in Grenoble, France. After studying at La Fémis, she became a screenwriter, filmmaker, and consultant. With a style oscillating between drama and comedy, she directed two short films around questions of violence, the painful transition from the personal to the public eye, and the creation of exceptional friendships. Primarily a screenwriter for film, she has written approximately ten shorts, recently Christopher at Sea by Tom CJ Brown (multiple international awards), as well as feature films Blanco en Blanco by Théo Court (award winner at the Venice International Film Festival) and Vade Retro by Antonin Peretako (in post-production). In 2024, she authored her first novel, Coupez!, published by Quidam Editeur. She currently is a script consultant for various development programs – Produire au Sud, le Moulin d’Andé, Poitiers Film Festival, La Scénaristerie.
Nayeem Mahbub

Nayeem Mahbub is an international script consultant and ESP alum based between Stockholm and Tallinn. He has consulted and mentored for EAVE Producers Workshop, LIM Boosting Ideas, Hamburg Series Lab and Pop Up Film Residency amongst others, as well as on a project basis. Before switching to consulting, he worked as a film and video editor with the Swedish comedy series Streams (SVT) and multiple commercials to his name. He is an alumni of the multinational documentary masters programme DOCNomads. His career started with writing and directing 2D animation in his native Bangladesh, followed by a short stint as a BBC World Service producer.
Jennifer Sabbah-Immagine

Jennifer Sabbah-Immagine is a Strategic Consultant, co-founder of Scale & Scope, an agency providing consultancies to international professionals and tailor-made monitoring of international co-productions. Active in the film industry for 20 years, she is a member of EAVE since 2009. She has worked in the UK and US and in France at Arsam International and KinoElektron among others, overseeing large-scale and noteworthy co-productions. Since 2008, she has produced, with Jihan El Tahri within Big Sister, talents from African countries and the MENA region such as Mariner of the Mountains by Karim Aïnouz (Official Selection, Cannes 2021).
Simon Jaquemet

Simon Jaquemet’s multi-awarded debut Chrieg premiered at San Sebastián New Directors 2014, followed by major festivals including Locarno Int. FF, KVIFF and Berlinale. Der Unschuldige bowed at TIFF Platform 2018, followed by San Sebastián Official Selection, gathering accolades and touring over 40 festivals. His most recent feature Electric Child premiered at Locarno Int. FF 2024 and is currently touring festivals. Besides making live-action films he is working with generative AI in an art context and presented a 90 minute video installation of fully autonomously generated film at an exhibition in the context of the European Film Awards 2024.
Ewa Bojanowska

Ewa Bojanowska graduated in Media Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Film Producing from the Polish Film School in Łódź. She is also an EAVE Marketing and Torino Audience Design alumna. From 2015 to 2022, she worked at New Europe Film Sales, where as Head of Marketing she led launch campaigns for Sweat, The Disciple, Lamb, and Oscar® nominee Corpus Christi. As an independent, she handled the Oscars® campaign for The Balcony Movie. Ewa now works as an audience designer and a festivals & promotion consultant.
Fay Breeman

Fay Breeman (1986, she/her) is a freelance project manager and consultant based in Utrecht, NL, with a passion for (audio)visual storytelling. She founded Studio Camera in 2024 to support audiovisual and lens-based creatives in the Utrecht region. Fay has worked with Utrecht Creative Community, EYE/SEE NL, HKU, St Joost and Kaboom Animation Festival. She’s a Netherlands Film Fund committee member, former Hubert Bals Fund manager, and has extensive film festival experience (IFFR, Cinekid, Go Short). She holds an MA in Film & TV Studies and a Journalism minor from Utrecht University. She participated in EAVE Puentes and LinC Artistic 3 at Utrecht University.
Cătălin Cristuțiu

Cătălin Cristuțiu has worked as an editor on over 80 feature films, shorts and TV series. He has edited all the works of Radu Jude including the features Aferim! (Berlinale, Silver Bear Best Director 2015), and Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn, winner of the Golden Bear 2021. Other notable works include California Dreamin’ Endless (Cristian Nemescu, Prix Un Certain Regard 2007), If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle (Florin Şerban, Berlinale, Silver Bear 2010), and the short Blue Boy by Manuel Abramovich (Berlinale, Silver Bear Jury Prize 2019). In recent years, he has been focusing on films that use editing as a central means of artistic expression. Cristuțiu also works as an editing advisor.

Queralt Pons Serra is an international sales agent and consultant. She is one of the founder partners of MoreThan Films, representing a diverse catalogue of daring and unique shorts and feature films. As consultant she works hand-in-hand with producers to apply to funds such as MEDIA, Eurimages, ICAA, ICEC. She started her professional career at Catalan Films, where she first joined as an intern and became Head of Shortcat (Catalonia's international short film promotion scheme) and consultant on international markets and festivals. She is an alumnus of Next Wave 2020, Locarno Industry Academy 2021 and Berlinale Talents 2024.
