Julie Marnay

Julie Marnay had work experiences at the Cinémathèque française and MK2 in France before joining the Semaine de la Critique in 2010 where she became Responsible for Short Films and then Coordinator of Next Step, a programme created to support short filmmakers of the Cannes’ section towards their first feature film. She has been part of various reading commissions for short films and has recently collaborated with the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma in Montreal as member of the short film selection committee. Julie also works as Project Manager of Full Circle Lab which accompanies the development of feature films projects and with the FIDLab, the workspace for film projects of the FID Marseille, as Industry Coordinator.
Olga Lamontanara

An Arts & Cultural Management graduate at Bocconi University, Milan, Olga worked at New York’s BAM performing arts centre before serving as Director’s Assistant and Head of Special Projects at Scuola Holden, Turin. In 2008, she was part of the team launching TorinoFilmLab, where she worked as Head of Communication until 2018, and designed tailor-made workshops for high-profile partners, including Semaine de la Critique (Cannes), Open Doors of the Locarno Film Festival, or BrLab (Brazil). In her career she has managed festivals and cultural events of various nature and size. Since 2019, she is a producer at Cinédokké, Lugano, and 8horses, Zurich. In 2020, she was appointed Head of Coproduction Forum for European Short Pitch and joined the team of Lugano-based Amka Films as a producer.
Lauma Kaudzīte

Parallel to coordinating European Short Pitch, Lauma is managing director of Short Film Conference and short film programme manager at Riga International Film Festival. She regularly serves as a jury member in different festivals, is part of several selection committees, and additionally, coordinates different projects at Latvian Animation Association and works with industry events at 2ANNAS.
Oana Ghera

Oana Ghera is a film curator, cultural manager and cinema educator with a background in film studies and scriptwriting. Starting from 2020, she is the artistic director of the Bucharest International Experimental Film Festival (BIEFF). Previously, she was a co-programmer for the NexT International Film Festival (2016 - 2019). She has been part of script reviewing commissions for the Romanian National Film Center (CNC) multiple times and participated in numerous juries for film festivals. Recently, she joined the pre-selection committees of Go Short (Nijmegen) and Vienna Shorts.
Pauline Blanchet
Communication and Social Media Manager
France / North Macedonia
Pauline Blanchet is a film director and producer who has been working in communications for over 5 years. She is also a team member at HERProductions and was Senior Producer at World Radio Paris. She has been part of emerging talent programmes at CPH:DOX, Sheffield Doc Fest, Ateliers Médicis, Future of Film, was a scholarship recipient for the Sundance Co//ab Documentary Course, and has pitched in Dok Leipzig’s Short ‘n’ Sweet. More recently, she has started working in XR storytelling addressing environmental issues, notably in the Arctic, in partnership with New Images Festival and Garage Stories.
Hannah Goder

Hannah Goder has studied film in France and Italy before working as an intern at the FIDMarseille International Film Festival and on French and German tv-shows as a script supervisor and 3rd assistant director.
